Ever wonder what happens to your luggage at the airport....Dave Carrol didn't either until he and his band were waiting to exit their plane to make a connecting flight in Chicago. A woman seated nearby cried out: “My god they’re throwing guitars out there”. Dave Carroll soon discovered that his $3500 Taylor guitar was severely damaged!! After exhausting EVERY avenue available Mr. Carroll was told by United Airlines that they would NOT compensate him for his loss!!! UNITED DIDN'T DENY THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE - they simply refused to do anything about it. Dave took action the only way a musician can...in song:

I'm not surprised though - some of my former coworkers spent a bunch of time working in the baggage handling systems at O'Hare, JFK, and Vegas, and all of them said, after watching how luggage is handled, they'd NEVER check anything remotely important, fragile, or expensive again. :-(

    You'd think they understand that most guitar cases actually contain guitars!
