The New Class Warfare

The new gap is not between who has the internet and who doesn't; it's who loves to read and who doesn't.   This article references a  new study from the University of Michigan says as much:

the real gap isn’t between households with computers and households without them; it is the one developing between, on the one hand, households where parents teach their children the old-fashioned skill of reading and instill in them a love of books, and, on the other hand, households where parents don’t.

Do your kids like to read? Do your kids see you read?  Do they see you read the Bible? Maybe they should!
