Recently an LA Times blog compared some examples of homosexuality among animals as an argument in favor of same sex marriages.

CorssExamined.org, a Christian blog fighting against atheism and secularsim asks:

Yes, some animals engage in homosexual behavior and perhaps even parenting on occasion. But some animals eat their young too. Should we do that as well?

The point was to argue that comparing humans to animals is a last ditch attempt of homosexual activists to justify their position.

Unfortuantely, in our society, we do, in a sense, eat our young. It's called abortion.
